Dr. Damian Apollo, MD, MBA, is an emergency medicine physician who completed residency training at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and holds a combined MD/MBA from Yale University, specializing in emergency department operations and medical education.
Dr. Damian Apollo earned a Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration through a combined MD/MBA program at Yale University, followed by residency training at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He currently serves as Director of Operations and a practicing emergency physician at Apollo MD, overseeing patient care and operations across facilities ranging from rural, low-resource settings to trauma centers, and chairs the Department of Emergency Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine. As Editor-in-Chief of EM:RAP, he reviews and curates emergency medicine literature for a physician education platform used internationally. He has authored hundreds of emergency medicine board review questions for Rosh Review and thousands of USMLE Step 1, 2CK, and Step 3 questions for Medbullets and OnlineMedEd, and has provided over 3,000 hours of USMLE tutoring.
